Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: April 28, 2025

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided by EF Collective LLC, doing business as Slumberitas Party Company ("we," "our," "us", “Slumberitas”).
By booking a party with Slumberitas, you agree to the following:

1. Booking & Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your party date.

  • Full payment is due 2 days before the event date.

  • We accept payment via Credit Card, Venmo, Zelle, ACH.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are refundable if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the event date.

  • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made within 13 days of the event.

  • If you need to reschedule, you may transfer your deposit to a new date if notice is given at least 7 days before the event (subject to availability).

3. Setup Requirements

  • A clean, clear, safe space must be provided for setup (approx. 14 ft x 12 ft for 4–6 tents).

  • Please ensure furniture is moved prior to our arrival to allow setup to begin promptly.

  • Pets must be secured away from the setup area during installation and takedown.

4. Liability

  • Slumberitas™ is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during or after the event.

  • Clients are responsible for supervising children during the event.

  • Any damages to rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear will result in additional charges.

5. Equipment Care

  • No food, drink, makeup, slime, markers, or paint is allowed inside the tents or on the bedding.

  • Please treat all Slumberitas™ setups with care to avoid additional fees for excessive cleaning or repairs.

6. Service Area & Travel Fees

  • We serve Houston, Texas and surrounding areas - up to 20 miles from 77025.

  • Travel fees may apply for locations outside a 20-mile radius from 77025.

7. Photography

  • We may photograph party setups for promotional purposes.

  • No identifiable photos of homes or children will be used without written consent.

8. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (including weather, emergencies, or government restrictions).
